In the series Carte (Maps), the insect dialogues with botanical prints of the nineteenth century and model paper from the 50s combined with gold and purple surfaces. The works express the artist's desire to make immortal a natural element, by its nature corruptible, but that achieved a condition of stability can persist over time. Recovering the natural element, attaching it to a support corresponds to the extreme attempt to preserve a wounded nature and, where necessary, rebuild it through an imagined memory. The work is framed in a museum box.
